High performance building, grounded in craft.

With over 20 years of experience, Green Isle Homes & Timberworks builds residential, commercial and recreational structures across Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. We build for performance: durable, healthy, energy efficient spaces made with materials we can stand behind.

From timber frame pavilions to custom homes, renovations and small scale multi unit housing, every project starts with understanding the site, your goals and your budget. We develop a detailed scope, work alongside your design team, and carry the decisions through to a building made to last.
